Alta Badia is situated in the south-east of South Tyrol, surrounded by the magnificent peaks of the Dolomites.

By car

Motorway exits:

Bressanone / Varna
continue on the road SS49 through Val Pusteria to S.Lorenzo and then along the road SS244 through Val Badia until Colfosco.
Chiusa / Val Gardena
continue on the road SS242 through Val Gardena to Passo Gardena and then along the road SS243 until Colfosco.
Bolzano north
continue on the road SS12 to Ponte Gardena, then along the road SS 243 through Val Gardena to Passo Gardena until Colfosco.

By train and bus

Railway stations nearby:

With international trains you get to Bolzano, Bressanone or Fortrezza. From there you can take regional trains to Brunico.

Thanks to its proximity it’s advisable to choose Brunico as final destination.

During the day there are regular bus services, operated by SAD, from the railway stations to Colfosco. Alternatively you can take a taxi.
